Why Travel with Peru Coyana?

Discover one of the most awe-inspiring necropolises in the Andean world with Peru Coyana: Sillustani, a mystical and majestic archaeological site located on a high plateau above 3,900 meters above sea level, surrounded by the mirror-like waters of Lake Umayo.

Here rise the impressive chullpas — circular funerary towers built by the Colla culture and later perfected by the Incas. These monuments, some over 12 meters tall, defy the laws of physics with their inverted design: wider at the top than at the base.

This half-day tour is ideal for those seeking a cultural and spiritual experience just outside the city of Puno, combining archaeology, breathtaking landscapes, and ancestral traditions.
