Departure from Ica to Paracas
We depart from the city of Ica by tourist transport toward Paracas, where we begin our journey through the most important marine desert in Peru.
Entrance to the Paracas National Reserve
The visit starts at the Interpretation Center, where we learn about the area’s ecological and cultural importance. Then we continue to:
- Turritelas: paleontological site with marine fossils over 40 million years old
- The Cathedral Viewpoint: impressive rock formation shaped by wind and sea
