09:30 a.m. – Pisac Archaeological Site
Our first stop is Pisac, where you’ll admire an impressive feat of Inca engineering: agricultural terraces carved into the mountainsides. We’ll explore the religious sector, including the intiwatana (solar calendar), temples, and elite residential areas, with panoramic views of the valley below.
11:00 a.m. – Pisac Artisan Market
Next, we head down to the town of Pisac to visit its colorful artisan market. Descendants of the Incas continue the tradition of bartering and craftsmanship here. This is one of the best places to buy souvenirs such as alpaca textiles, painted pottery, silver jewelry, and more.
